You know our state has so many things to love and one of them is a beautiful little town up north on a lake. You all know I'm talking about Coeur d'Alene which has a wonderful lodge and as Traci Bracco, Executive Director of the Idaho Beef Council told me, an award-winning restaurant. "On the food service side of the business, which are your restaurants, hotels and things of that nature, the Coeur d'Alene Resort and Casino up in northern Idaho one for the outstanding food establishment for their efforts in menuing and marketing beef. The Coeur d'Alene Resort and Casino has a very innovative program. They have 8 very distinct and original restaurants and lounges and they have such signature entrées as a wagu burger with braised ox tail marmalade, a Cedar point porterhouse that is flamed and carved at the table and they really embody the real beef dining experience. So we are very pleased to have them as a part of this award process and I definitely want to get the word out to consumers that these are great places to visit if they want the ultimate beef dining experience. It is 10:15 AM and I am dying for lunch. ( Laughter) I know just hearing about some of the stuff they are cooking up there I'm ready to get in the car.
