I found a story which is touching, noble, useful, deserving and politically correct. Monsanto Corporation is looking for America's farmers farm mom of the year. I'll tell you how to submit your choice in just a minute.
If you know a farm mom who amazes you every day you can nominate her for the chance to win $10,000. Anyone can nominate an outstanding farm mom. She can be your mother, sister, wife, daughter, friend or neighbor. She can even be you! Here is Consuelo Madere - America's Farmers Mom of the Year spokesperson. She says the contest was designed to recognize the 1-million women in this country who are actively involved in their farming operations. "When you see a lot of the women who are involved in farming today they serve as a huge inspiration. It is fantastic what they are doing. I think women will play an even greater role as we move forward. They are providing the food and fiber for a growing population and at the same time raising the next generation of America's farmers."
