Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg hits 94% approval rating - SlashGear

Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg has an approval rating that any politician would kill for. And since we're talking about politicians, that probably isn't an exaggeration. 94% of Facebook employees say they have a positive opinion of their leader. Can you think of any other company that has that kind of effect on its workers? Maybe there is one (cough Apple cough), but it's still a pretty impressive statistic.

According to the latest survey from Glassdoor.com, the average company morale was 4.7 out of 5, and the amount of people who said they were satisfied with compensation and benefits was 88%. "The company cares about making the world a better place, and takes to heart our version of Disney's famous 'We don't make movies to make money, we make money to make more movies.' We really believe that," one employee was quoted as saying.

The only company that managed to have a higher approval rating of its leader was Apple. An astonishing 96% of Apple employees looked up their top dog as a positive role model. Among the other statistics released from Glassdoor was the average salary of a Facebook engineer – $110,000 and change, plus an average of $14,000+ in annual cash bonuses, putting them ahead of Google.
