Facebook Interest Lists: Follow custom news feeds created by Post staffers - Washington Post (blog)
Mar 14th 2012, 18:23

Last week, Facebook launched "Interest Lists," a feature that allows users to create custom news feeds based on a selected group of Facebook profiles and pages. If you subscribe to a public list, the best and most interesting Facebook updates from that list will appear in your news feed.

The Post has created a collection of Interest Lists, including Washington Post Politics, Celebrity-owned restaurants in D.C. and a list of must-see places and events in the Washington area.

We hope you'll find these lists useful. We'll be creating more in the coming weeks. Our staffers are also creating their own lists: Cindy Boren has created a list of "Sports People to Follow" and columnist Jonathan Capehart has the "Briefing Room," an Interest List of media movers and shakers.

You can also subscribe to Facebook updates from your favorite Washington Post staffers. See a complete list of Post staffers on Facebook.
