Idaho Wheat Grower Selected to National Wheat Foundation Board. Joe Anderson, Idaho wheat grower from Potlatch, was one of nine wheat farmers to be selected to lead a revitalized and restructured National Association of Wheat Growers Foundation (NAWGF), doing business as the National Wheat Foundation effective immediately. I called Blaine Jacobson, Executive Director of the Idaho Wheat Commission and asked him to tell me more: "Joe Anderson is an Idaho wheat grower from Potlatch and Joe has been on no Wheat commission for 10 years and has done just a superb job. Joe has a good grasp of a number of the scientific and technology issues wheat industry has faced and he was a natural choice for the National Association of Wheat Growers For this new board that they are putting together. They will manage the NAWG assets including the NAWG building in DC and they will also help oversee some of the projects that NAWG is getting involved in."
